压模淬火工艺引见

压模淬火工艺是针对片状整机启动的一种无氧化加热环节，经过公用模具启动淬火操作。

依据冷却介质与模具结构的不同，压模淬火工艺重要分为水冷模淬与油淬两种模式。

在水冷模工艺中，循环水经过模具腔体冷却模具，进而对产品启动淬火，此环节中水不间接接触产品，该工艺实用于成形工艺便捷且直径小于200mm的产品。

但是，水冷模工艺存在老本低、操作简便的好处，但产量低、品质管理难度大，因此并未宽泛驳回。

相比之下，油淬工艺更受青眼。

产品加热后经过公用模具成型，成型环节中模具腔体外部通入淬火油启动冷却、保压、成形。

依据工艺需要，保压期间普通在3-15S范畴内启动调整。

在加热设施的选用上，辊棒炉设施在压模淬火工艺中被宽泛运行。

这类设施分为转炉加热、网带炉加热与辊棒炉加热三种类型，各具特征。

转炉设施结构复杂，一次性性投资高，消费效率低，但能耗低且培修老本高；网带炉设施结构便捷，一次性性投资低，消费效率高，但能耗大且培修老本低；而辊棒炉设施则以其结构复杂、一次性性投资低、消费效率高、能耗低且培修老本低的特点，成为首选。

辊棒炉设施的传送模式分为链条传送与齿轮传送两种。

其中，齿轮传送模式在保送稳固性方面更为杰出。
