因成品用途、塑胶材质、钢材、热解决模式、创成工程、模具形态、抛光加工难易度,抛光模式都会影响外表粗度、亮度、平整度、平顺度、垂直度、同心度。
在鉴於此本表仅供初步的比对。
skd11硬度是多少,skd11回火硬度对照表
SKD11的硬度因其热解决模式而异,理论在50~60HRC范畴内,最高可达255HBS。
在规范热解决条件下,淬火后的硬度可达HRC62-64,且硬度与经常使用寿命亲密关系,越高硬度的SKD11模具寿命越长。
例如,525℃氮化解决可使外表硬度到达1250HV,而570℃软氮化解决则约为950HV。
在淬火温度1010°C,空冷后回火至200℃,硬度理论在58~60HRC之间。
过高的热解决条件或者造成外部应力和裂纹,影响功能,而SKD11的硬度范畴大抵在294HRC~394HRC,热解决后可到达593HRC。
SKD11的硬度等级普通在HRC58~60,最高可达63HRC,详细决定取决于模具的经常使用需求。
关于高品质的skd11资料,经过淬火后可成功62HRC的硬度。
经过-160℃深冷解决,硬度可进一步优化1~2HRC。
值得留意的是,63度的高温硬度并十分态,而是在不凡解决后或者到达的极限,理论skd11的硬度在60到62HRC之间。
