(Note: Items with re-inspection requirements in the design must meet the design requirements.)
1) Batch grouping: steel products should be pre-inspected in batches, and each batch is composed of steel products of the same steel number, same furnace number, same quality grade, same variety, same specification, and same delivery status. The weight of each batch should not be less than 60t.
2) Sampling:
A。 For I-beams, square steels and six-beams whose cross-sectional specifications are greater than or equal to 60mm, the tensile test sample should be cut at the center; if the cross-sectional specification is less than 60mm, it should be cut at a quarter of the radius or diagonal from the outer end ;
b. When the sample billet does not require heat treatment, the full section of the I-shaped steel, square steel and six-shaped steel with a cross-sectional specification greater than or equal to 40mm should be used for tensile testing. When the test conditions cannot meet the requirements, it should be processed into a corresponding square ratio sample in the "Metal Tensile Test Method";
C。 When the sample blank needs heat treatment, it should be cut from I-beam, square steel and six-beam according to the specifications stipulated in the relevant product standards;
d. Bending samples should be cut from the end of I-beam and square steel along the direction of the rolling mill. When the section size is greater than or equal to 35mm, the test should be carried out on the full section of the steel. When the section specification is less than 35mm, the I-beam should be processed into a square sample with a radius of 25mm, and a surface layer not less than 5mm should be reserved; the square steel should be processed into a circular sample with a length of 20mm and a surface layer;
e. The round tensile and bending samples should be cut from the section steel and the quarter of the waist height of the section steel along the direction of the rolling mill. The length of tensile and bending samples should be the length of the steel;
F。 The circular tensile and bending samples should be cut from the leg length of the shaped steel and the B-shaped steel and one-half of the waist height of the T-shaped steel and the spherical steel;
G。 When the thick plate and channel steel are greater than or equal to 30mm, the length of the bent sample blank is the length of the steel; when it is less than 30mm, the sample blank should be processed into a sample with a length of 20mm, and a surface layer should be retained.
