13日，蜗牛主力合约收盘价下跌2.18%至3910，DEA、DIF双双下行。 RSI三线指标位于18-35，运行于布林线下轨下方。

四大类钢材市场价格

建筑钢材：7月13日，全国31个主要城市20毫米三级抗震螺纹钢均价为4090元/吨，较上一交易日下跌49元/吨。短期来看，一方面，虽然近期产量持续减少，但未来供应减少空间有限；另一方面，目前仍处于钢材消费淡季，需求改善预计仍不充分。同时，原材料的下跌可能会对成品产生一定的拖累，蜗牛期货的下跌导致市场情绪悲观。

热轧板卷：7月13日，全国24个主要城市4.75mm热轧板卷均价为4027元/吨，较上一交易日下跌48元/吨。黑市低开，早盘反弹后回落。现货市场早间报价继续下跌，尾盘价格自午后低点反弹。但现货交投气氛依然疲弱，整体成交不及预期。总体来看，近期日本板卷价格再创新低，带动现货价格下跌，商家低价抛售，市场悲观情绪进一步加剧。另一方面，国内疫情多点蔓延，加上高温雨季影响，热卷终端需求依然不佳，现货成交较差。

冷轧板卷：7月13日，全国24个主要城市1.0mm冷板卷均价为4587元/吨，较上一交易日下跌77元/吨。期货延续跌势，继续探底。市场交投气氛尤为冷清。部分市场多次调整价格。但下游客户多持悲观态度，采购意愿极低。商家表示，7月为需求淡季，热卷期货下跌趋势带动现货价格进入快速下行通道。下游“买涨不买跌”心态明显，市场成交量明显萎缩。此外，今年市场供给明显大于需求。当供需失衡时，商家目前的操作主要是减少库存、完成交易。

中厚板：7月13日，全国24个主要城市20mm普通板均价为4403元/吨，较上一交易日下跌62元/吨。目前市场价格依然弱势，南北价差严重收窄，南方料北移潜力较大，华东地区价格小幅坚挺。成交方面，受期货市场持续下行影响，现货价格有所走弱。淡季背景下，消费预期较差，下游观望心态浓厚，全天市场交投气氛清淡。资源方面，长约订单持续出货，钢厂零散订单不足，市场资源供大于求，去库存缓慢。综合来看，目前价格走势仍处于下行通道，市场情绪低迷。

原材料和燃料市场价格

进口矿：7月13日，唐山进口矿市场价格小幅上涨，市场成交较少。全天进口矿现货报价整体较前一个工作日市场价格上涨10-15元/吨。报价为PB粉785-790元/吨，麦克粉770元/吨，纽曼块910元/吨，60.5%金布巴770元/吨。唐山地区了解到的成交有：京唐港超特粉650元/吨（中午），曹妃甸纽曼粉786元/吨（中午），曹妃甸PB粉773元/吨（上午）。

焦炭：7月13日，焦炭市场弱势平稳运行。焦炭企业开工略有下降。现场库存处于低水平，出货平稳。焦炭企业因亏损逐步加大限产力度。限产幅度多在30%左右，且限产范围有扩大趋势，影响焦炭供应进一步收缩。 。钢厂方面，钢厂高炉开工一般，整体需求疲软，按需采购较多。此外，钢厂减产力度加大，钢厂利润不佳，终端需求并未明显改善。

废钢：7月13日，全国45个主要市场废钢均价2528元/吨，较上一交易日下跌79元/吨。具体来看，黑色期货持续震荡走软，华东钢龙头沙钢再度下调价格100元/吨，加剧了市场悲观情绪。部分商家考虑到当前钢企亏损严重、建材成交低迷等利空因素，废钢下跌。这种趋势可能很难停止，大多数价格都超过了钢厂的价格。
