2. 青年工匠

1952年，国家实行工资制度改革。 工厂由国民党政府建立的六级六级（三十六级）工资制度改为新中国八级工资制度。 石国龙从学徒二级晋升到学徒三级。

1953年，工厂开展“扫盲运动”，为文盲、半文盲员工举办脱产学习班，学习了半个月，取得了较好的成绩。

1954年，量具车间从桂园村旧“福泽部”厂房迁至操场内吴家婆心厂房，并建有“中央量具室”。 同时负责高射机枪的量具和部分半自动步枪的量具。

3、责任重大

国营山东前进配件厂，军事代号：国营9426厂，是按照中共中央华东局《关于后方建设的通知》要求建设的地方小型三线军工工厂1965-1967年计划”。 其产品有：5月4型12.7毫米高射机枪于1965年9月开始建设，10月选址，1966年3月开始建设。工厂位于沂水县王庄公社星峪村旁，山东省。
